About Lynn

Lynnett Doyle, MA, BSN, RN

Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor

Lynn started her personal intuitive eating journey because she was exhausted with spending too much time focused on following diet and exercise plans. Reading the book Intuitive Eating, – by Evelyn Tribole & Elyse Resch changed her entire perspective around food and diet mentality. This new information piqued Lynn’s curiosity, and her thoughts began to shift about her relationship with food and body image. She felt a sense of hope that strongly resonated and was compelled to continue self-discovery and learning.

Lynn was committed and hired a certified intuitive eating counselor to support her for 12 weeks. Before the program, she lacked the tools needed to remember how to eat intuitively. After the program, she had the experience of utilizing scales for hunger and satisfaction, reframing negative thoughts, and dealing with societal diet mentality. The program pushed her into a whole new world of freedom around eating. Her newfound freedom inspired her to become a certified intuitive eating counselor.

As a registered nurse and certified intuitive eating counselor, Lynn is passionate about helping people and wants to make a positive difference in their lives. In addition, she promotes Health at Every Size (HAES) and body positivity for all.
