Lynn started her personal intuitive eating journey because she was exhausted with spending too much time focused on following diet and exercise plans. Reading the book Intuitive Eating, by Evelyn Tribole & Elyse Resch, changed her entire perspective around food and diet mentality. This new information piqued Lynn’s curiosity, and her thoughts began to shift about her relationship with food and body image. She felt a sense of hope that strongly resonated and was compelled to continue self-discovery and learning.

Now I am much more aware of my body’s signals for hunger. I see how the diet culture has affected my life and eating habits.
